The G.B. Meeting was held on 15th February 2015 at the residence of Cyriac P. S. Pullattukalayil. After passing the minutes of the meeting of January 2015 and accounts of the month, following were the points discussed in the meeting: 1.The Chairman, Advisory Committee apprised the General Body about the House Construction for the homeless, proposed to be undertaken in 2015 by the society, among the 12 applications received from people in this regard, having been examined by the Advisory Committee and the Committee’s recommendations in the matter. Accordingly, in the General Body meeting, it was decided to undertake the house construction for Gopalan Vaidyar Vanchiyil, Kaipuzha and also to undertake the task of completing the construction work of a house of a widow Chechamma Lukose, Madapallikunnel, Kurumulloor on a piece of 4 cent land she owns. All details regarding the above construction works and its expected expenses etc. were discussed in the meeting. 2.The Core Committee’s recommendations for conduct of the Annual meet – 2015 of the Society on 17th May 2015 was officially agreed upon in the General body unanimously. Accordingly the Programme Committee was directed to make necessary arrangements for the Annual meeting. 3.A family tour on 14th April 2015 to Wagamon, as suggested by the Programme Committee was also agreed upon in the General Body Meeting. 4.The necessity of a Mike Set for the Society was felt in the previous meeting. Accordingly Mr Aji Joseph Kannalayil was directed to take necessary action for purchase of a Mike Set based on the details of Mike sets already collected. 5.As part of Society’s election, members were asked by the President to elect new Executive Members and give their details to the Secretary by all 19 wards before 15th March 2015. As recommended by the Advisory Committee, the monthly charity amount of Rs. 10,000/- was given to Mr. Kunjumon Madamparambil. Next G.B. Meeting was proposed to be held at the residence of Aji Joseph Kannalayil. Members celebrating their birthday distributed cake. Then all members participated in the refreshment arranged at the venue of the meeting. The meeting was then dispersed by 9:30 P.M.
