The G.B. Meeting was held on 21st December 2014 in the residence of Babu Philip Puliamparambil. At 7:00 P.M. with an opening prayer the meeting commenced. Before discussing any points in the meeting, condolence was paid by all the members on the sad demise of father of Lukose Puzhikanadakkal. Thereafter, Babu Philip welcomed all members to the meeting. Then, minutes of the previous G.B. Meeting and accounts of the previous month were presented in the meeting and passed. Then President of the Society Shaji Kannalayil conveyed his Christmas and New Year Greetings to all members and their families. Then the “ Share & Care Charitable Society Code” was officially brought out by handing over a copy of the Code to Shri. P.T. Chacko, the elderly member by President. It was decided in the meeting to visit old and ailing persons in Kaipuzha and nearby places on 23rd and 24th December and distribute Christmas Cakes among them by the office –bearers of the Society with a few members. Accordingly, 56 houses were visited and cakes distributed after conveying Christmas Greetings, particularly to the ailing people present in those homes. Besides the above, as decided in the G.B. Meeting, on the occasion of Christmas, the Providence Home at Mudiyoorkara for the disabled was visited and 75 kg of rice and 5 kg Cakes were given to them for the inmates. It was also agreed upon by the members to contribute an additional amount of Rs.300/- monthly by saving Rs. 10/- daily for charity purpose, along with the membership fee of Rs. 250/-per month with effect from April 2015. It was unanimously decided to undertake the construction work of a house for a deserving homeless person before the next Annual Meet of the Share & Care Charitable Society. As advised by the Advisory Committee, the monthly charity amount of Rs. 10,000/-for December was given to Mrs. Molly Lukose Nalankal. Next General Body Meeting to be held in January 2015 was proposed to be held in the residence of T.I.Luka Thannichuvattil, for which Shri. Luka invited all members. Birthday cake was distributed among the members. Then the members took part in the refreshment arranged by Babu Philip at his residence and dispersed by 9:30 P.M.
