The November General Body Meeting was held at the residence of Roy Kottayarikil. At the onset of the meeting all the members expressed condolence on the death of father of Babu Kalambukatte. Thereafter, minutes of the meeting and accounts of the previous month was presented in the meeting and passed. Then the co-ordinator, Associate Membership Joyan Chamakala explained the present position of distribution of the Associate Memberships to the General Body. Then K. J. James Kannalayil was nominated as the new Finance Controller of the Share & Care Charitable Society. President of the Society appreciated the service rendered by the outgoing Finance Controller Reji Vanchiyil. Thereafter, the Programme Co-ordinator Bose Idukuthara talked to the members about the proposed tour programme of the members to be organized in December. Then, as recommended by the Advisory Committee, the monthly Charity amount of Rs. 10,000/- was decided to be given to Mrs. Thressiamma Thampi of Kurumullumkala. It was proposed to conduct the December G.B. Meeting at the residence of Babu Philip Puliamparambil for which he welcomed all members of the Society. The members, who were celebrating their birthday in the month of November, cut birthday cake and distributed cake to all members. Thereafter all the members participated in the refreshment arranged in the venue of the meeting and then dispersed by 9:30 P.M.
