General Body Meeting of the Share and Care Charitable Society, Kaipuzha for the month of November was held in the residence of Sabu Eleckatte on 15th November 2015.Following were the important points on which discussions were held in the meeting: The construction work including painting of a small house being constructed for Kunjika Kaipuzha is likely to be completed within 2/3 days and accordingly the inaugural function of that house will be held this week. Another house for Mr Kuriachan Mannuparambil is also planned to be constructed soon.The construction committee is also taking necessary action to get furnished the office of the Society. Details regarding Society’s Associate Memberships subscriptions were explained to the members. The Finance Controller of the Society Shri K J James Kannalayil emphasized the need for prompt updating of accounts of the Society by the concerned persons responsible including the Treasurer and getting audited the accounts in time. Shri Boss Edukkuthara, Project Manager of HELPS apprised the members of the Society about the progress and present position of the above Scheme. Members were informed about Society’s 2015 family tour/get-together programme which is proposed to be conducted on 26th December 2015. The venue and other details including the expenses to be borne by the members/family members were explained in the meeting by the Programme Co-ordinator Shri Roy Kottayarikil. Before concluding the GB meeting, President of the Society asked all members to participate actively in all the activities of the Society. For this he suggested, if agreed by the General Body, all members of the Society should become members of any of 8 committees of the Society. This proposal was unanimously agreed upon by all members in the meeting for implementation soon.
