The March General Body meeting of the Society was assembled at the residence of Shri Aji Joseph Kannalayil on 15th March 2015, under the Chairmanship of Shri Shaji Kannalayil, President of Share & Care Charitable Society. After the welcome speech of Shri Aji Joseph, the Minutes of the G.B Meeting of February 2015 was presented by the Secretary and the Treasurer presented the accounts of the same month, which were then passed in the meeting. President of the Society Shri Shaji Kannalayil in his presidential address thanked Aji Kannalayil and family for making necessary arrangements for the G.B. He also introduced the family members of Aji Joseph to the members of the Society. President of the Society then, welcomed the new members who joined the Society. Then in the discussions held, all members of the Society actively participated. Regarding the new house being constructed for the family of Gopalan Vaidyar, Vanchiyil, Kaipuzha, on the land of 8 cents inherited by his son Suresh from his father, as decided in the G.B. meeting during February 2015. Shri. Luckose P.U., Convener, House constructions explained the progress and present position of the project. The Annual Meet of the Society is proposed to be held in 17th May 2015, the Programme committee was asked in the G.B. Meeting by the President to prepare the details of the Annual Meet to be discussed including the proposed budget at the earliest. As recommended by the Advisory Committee, the Monthly Charity amount of Rs 10,000/- for March 2015 was given to K T Mathai Kulathil, Kaipuzha. The Society’s next G.B. Meeting was proposed to be held at the residence of Joy Vanchiyil on 19th April 2015. Joy Vanchiyil invited all members of the Society for the same. Cake was also distributed among the members by those who were celebrating their birthday during March 2015. Thereafter the members took part in the refreshment arranged by Shri Aji Joseph Kannalayil at his residence and all dispersed by 9:30 pm.
